Mstr’s Blackrock property increases to 5%

In a recent presentation of Annex 13G, Blackrock (BLK) revealed that it now has 5% of the strategy (MSTR), equivalent to approximately 11.2 million shares. This marks a 0.91% increase in its previous property from 4.09% to September 30, 2024, according to Yahoo Finance.

An annex 13G is presented when an investor acquires more than 5% of the shares of a company that are quoted in the stock market, but does not intend to influence or control the company. Institutional investors must be presented within 45 days after the end of the year or within 10 days if the property exceeds 10%.

Since Blackrock’s presentation was December 31, 202.4, the company had until February 14 to reveal its position.

In related news, the perpetual preferred actions (STRK) of the strategy began to quote at the Nasdaq on Thursday. According to TrainingView, Strk closed 2% with more than 650,000 negotiated actions. The action continues its ascending impulse, now up to 5% prior to the market.
