The Superior Court of Peshawar (PHC) has prohibited the authorities from arresting Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to Prime Minister Ali Amin Gandapur until March 5, extending its protective bond.

A division bank, which includes the sahibzada judge Asadullah and Judge Salahuddin, heard the case on the protective bail of Gandapur. However, the main minister did not appear before the court.

The judges indicated that the legal procedure required the presence of the petitioner. “We will grant a new date, but for the protective bond, the applicant must appear in person,” the court observed.

Despite this, the Court accepted the exemption application of Gandapur and extended its bail, avoiding its arrest until the beginning of March.

In addition, the Court sought details of all cases registered against the prime minister of the relevant authorities.

Last year, Lahore police had registered a case against Gandapur under 13 positions, including the sections of the Anti -Terror Law (ATA), to incite violence near the Sialkot exchange.

The incident occurred while traveling to Lahore for the concentration of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) on September 21, which the Government ruled out as a failure.

PTI’s meeting at Lahore was abruptly interrupted when the police intervened, closing the microphone and stage lights, which led the president of the PTI, the lawyer Gohar Ali Khan and other leaders to leave.

The authorities acted after the Rally exceeded the deadline of 6pm established in the non -objection certificate (NO).

Gandapur, leading a KP convoy, the deadline was lost, but finally came to the place, briefly addressing the followers. His convoy supposedly included 1122 rescue ambulances and heavy equipment to clear any obstacle.

Later, the videos that circulate online showed that the KP prime minister broke the window of a truck with a rifle.

After the incident, a FIR was presented at the Manawa Police Station, accusing Gandapur of multiple crimes, including the murder attempt.

According to the FIR, he directed an armed group in the Sialkot exchange, and the mafia allegedly tried to set fire in the toll square under his instructions.
