PM Shehbaz meets world leaders out of WGS in Eau

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the president of the United Arab Emirates (EAU) Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan maintained discussions on Tuesday to explore ways to improve bilateral ties and promote mutual interests.

Prime Minister Shehbaz expressed his support for the Bosnian membership and the European Union of Herzegovina and its potential as a regional center, offering new opportunities for Pakistani assets in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

“I hope to further promote relations between our countries, especially in commerce and investment,” said Cvijanovic.

The prime minister also met with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah al-Ahmad al-Sabah to discuss the expansion of bilateral cooperation. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to a strong economic association and reviewed regional problems, including the continuous situation in Gaza.

“The high fire in Gaza must be implemented immediately, and humanitarian assistance for the people of Palestine must accelerate,” they agreed.

The meetings underlined Pakistan’s continuous efforts to improve their diplomatic and economic relations with key global and regional actors, pointing to sustainable development and peace.
