Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the president of the United Arab Emirates (EAU) Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan maintained discussions on Tuesday to explore ways to improve bilateral ties and promote mutual interests.
The meeting, held at QASR to Shati in Abu Dhabi, attended the head of the staff of the General Army Syed also Munir. Leaders focused on deepening cooperation in economic, commercial and development sectors, areas that align with the vision of both nations for sustainable growth and prosperity.

Prime Minister Shehbaz also celebrated a series of high -level meetings with leaders of Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kuwait, to discuss the improvement of bilateral relations in a variety of sectors, including trade, defense and regional cooperation .
The prime minister met with the president of Sri Lanka, Anura Kumara, Disanayake outside the world government summit in Dubai, marking his first interaction in person.
The leaders discussed the strengthening of ties in commerce, defense and education, and agreed to explore new cooperation opportunities. They also highlighted the historical connections between the two nations, with Dissanayake remembering the 1996 Cricket World Cup final in Lahore.
“We are committed to increasing high -level exchanges and building on goodwill between our countries,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz.
In addition, the prime minister met with Ċ½eljka Cvijanovic, president of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to discuss the improvement of commercial and economic ties.
Prime Minister Shehbaz expressed his support for the Bosnian membership and the European Union of Herzegovina and its potential as a regional center, offering new opportunities for Pakistani assets in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
“I hope to further promote relations between our countries, especially in commerce and investment,” said Cvijanovic.
The prime minister also met with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah al-Ahmad al-Sabah to discuss the expansion of bilateral cooperation. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to a strong economic association and reviewed regional problems, including the continuous situation in Gaza.
“The high fire in Gaza must be implemented immediately, and humanitarian assistance for the people of Palestine must accelerate,” they agreed.
The meetings underlined Pakistan’s continuous efforts to improve their diplomatic and economic relations with key global and regional actors, pointing to sustainable development and peace.
