- The Jura J10 is a new coffee maker with 42 cold and hot drink options
- Its cold extraction process clicks water slowly through fresh ground coffee
- You can also infuse your coffee drinks with flavored syrups
Jura has launched a new coffee bean coffee maker, swearing J10, which can prepare 42 hot or cold drinks and can even add flavor syrup to recreate your most complicated cafeteria orders.
This is not the first Cold Brew coffee maker, La Jura Z10, which we reviewed in 2023, also offered a cold options option, but J10 does things a bit differently. The new machine has an updated cold extraction process that presses the water slowly through newly ground beans under high pressure for a more rounded flavor.
If you want even more flavor, the J10 sweet foam system can infuse milk foam with its favorite type and number of syrup. The frozen vanilla milk of your dreams is just a few touch screen blows.
The j10 grinder has a characteristic called control aroma, which actively monitors the routine size for consistency and can be adjusted manually at any time to adjust the speed at which water permeates coffee. Like the completely automatic espresso coffee machine Kitchenaid K8, the J10 also has a ground coffee ramp, which means that you can try different beans or mix without emptying the hopper.
Your barista house
The J10 also offers a new feature called Coffee Eye, which detects if it has placed its cup under the central coffee nozzle or cappuccino nozzle and helps it to place it correctly to avoid accidental spills (something that is too easy even with the best coffee manufacturers).
There is a single -touch milk cleaning function to keep the lines clean and hygienic, and the on -screen instructions guide it through each step of the coffee and maintenance process.
The Jura J10 has a list price of £ 1,795 (about $ 2,200 / au $ 3,500), which firmly places it at the premium end of the spectrum when it comes to bean coffee machines a cups, but it is much less than Jura Z10, which was sold for $ 3,999 / £ 2,450 / au $ 4,650 when it was launched. Soon we will try the J10, so you stay with Techradar to see how well recreates the experience of the cafeteria at home.
