Islamabad:
The judicial magistrate, Shahzad Khan, approved on Tuesday an exemption request for the president of PTI, the lawyer Gohar Khan, in a case related to the violation of section 144.
During the hearing of a case filed against PTI leaders, lawyer Gohar Khan submitted a request to exempted the judicial appearance, granted by the court.
The procedures were postponed without any progress in the supplications of the acquittal of the defendants.
The lawyer Gohar Khan and others face two separate cases registered at the I-9 Police Station of Islamabad. However, the Court postponed the hearing until March 3 to obtain more arguments.
