After the devastated Californian fires earlier this year, John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen have decided to permanently abandon Los Angeles.
The 46 -year -old singer and the 39 -year -old model evacuated his house to take refuge in a luxury hotel along with his four children and pets.
Fortunately, his house of $ 17.5 million in Beverly Hills was not wrapped by the mortal fires that caused January 7 and killed almost 29 people.
The unfortunate led the couple to seriously think about moving from Los Angeles, since now the region has a “collective trauma.”
“Chrissy and I have always considered returning to New York, where we once lived,” Legend told The Wall Street Journal.
“We will probably do it, once our youngest grow a little,” continued the father of four four years.
“Every time nature shows its anger, we wonder if it’s time to return to the east. Who knows?” The legend noticed on the effects of natural disasters in the area over the years.
It is pertinent to mention that the couple is parents of Luna, Miles, Wren and Esti.
