In a decisive movement, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, ordered the expulsion of the legislators who were absent during the vote on the 26th constitutional amendment, saving only Zain Qureshi.

According to PTI Insiders, Imran Khan has ordered the superior leadership that issues formal notifications that expel all absent members, except Zain Qureshi. He has made it clear that those who did not appear in a crucial constitutional amendment vote do not take place in the party.

Khan has also sent a message to the senior leadership of the party, emphasizing that measures must be taken against absent members without delay. The part has begun to issue notices of display cause to those who could not participate.

PTI’s sources revealed that Zarqa Suharwardy, Senator Faisal Salem and Zain Qureshi were among the absent day of the amendment. Meanwhile, Aslam Ghumman, Riaz Fatyana, Zain Qureshi, Miqdar Ali Khan and Aurengzeb Kachhi have already received show-causa notices.

In addition, legislators backed by PTI Zahoor Qureshi, Usman Ali and Mubarak Zaib were unattainable for the leadership of the party on the day of the vote.
