Pakistan leader Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Shaukat Yousafzai, has said that an important anti-government protest movement will begin after EID in the midst of growing political tensions between the Popular Party of Pakistan (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim league (PML-N).

Speaking about the current political scenario, Yousafzai said that the growing enmity between the two partners of the ruling coalition indicates that the fall of the government is imminent, possibly even before EID.

“PPP and PML-N blame each other for poor governance. PPP accuses PML-N of non-compliance, while PML-N affirms that PPP has failed in Sindh. Both are telling the truth about each other, ”he said.

The PTI leader criticized the Government for increasing inflation and deterioration of security, claiming that both parties prioritize personal interests on public welfare.

Yousafzai expressed his confidence that a great alliance of opposition parties is being formed and will direct the anti -government campaign after EID.

He affirmed that internal discord within the coalition could cause government collapse even before EID festivities begin.

Previously, in a decisive movement, the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, had ordered the expulsion of the legislators who were absent during the vote on the 26th constitutional amendment, saving only Zain Qureshi.

According to PTI Insiders, Imran Khan has ordered the superior leadership that issues formal notifications that expel all absent members, except Zain Qureshi. He has made it clear that those who did not appear in a crucial constitutional amendment vote do not take place in the party.

Khan has also sent a message to the senior leadership of the party, emphasizing that measures must be taken against absent members without delay. The part has begun to issue notices of display cause to those who could not participate.

PTI’s sources revealed that Zarqa Suharwardy, Senator Faisal Salem and Zain Qureshi were among the absent day of the amendment. Meanwhile, Aslam Ghumman, Riaz Fatyana, Zain Qureshi, Miqdar Ali Khan and Aurengzeb Kachhi have already received show-causa notices.
