In October 2024, we reported how Vult, a leading private cloud computing platform, had bought thousands of AMD mi300x instinctrs. This movement marked a significant expansion of the Vult association with AMD, and aimed to provide access to avant -garde GPU and the Rocm Open software ecosystem.
Now comes the News Victtr, which has been self -financed for more than a decade, will be the first cloud supplier to implement the AMD MI325X instinct GPU, which leads to the tastes of Google and Microsoft to the publication.
While the MI300X offers 192 GB of HBM3 memory and 5.3TB/s bandwidth, the MI325X improves with 256 GB of HBM3E memory, 6TB/s bandwidth and faster FP16 and FP8 speeds of up to 1.3 pflop and 2.6 Pflop, respectively. Powerful enough to execute Crysis (in a VM daas).
New standards of the AI industry

This last incorporation into the Infrastructure of the Vult cloud, which has thousands of active customers in 185 countries, will be driven by Supermicro servers such as -8126GS-TNMR 8-U and will be implemented in the region of the Chicago Data Center in Vultr .
As with their adoption of AI Mi300X accelerators, it is not known how many of the Mi325X GPUs have acquired, but will probably number hundreds, instead of thousands, for now.
