Chris Kluwe arrest: former NFL designer made to the City Council meeting

The former NFL betting, Chris Kluwe, was arrested after protesting at a meeting of the municipal council at Huntington Beach, California, Wednesday.

The reason for Kluwe’s protest revolved around a proposed sign for the Huntington Beach Public Library, which would have the “magical”, “attractive”, “galvanizing” and “adventurous” words one next to each other. The words spells Maga.

“Through hope and change, our nation has become better to the golden age of making the United States great again!” Read signaling.

The seven members of the City Council of Huntington Beach are Republicans.

“Now I will get involved in the American tradition of peaceful civil disobedience,” Kluwe said at the end of his speech to the City Council before walking forward where the members of the Council were sitting.

The video published by HB Protect On X showed that police officers quickly arrested Kluwe, who was face down on the floor with a crowd that encouraged him behind him for his actions. The feed of the municipal council was cut before Kluwe was seen hurrying the members of the Council.

It was then carried out by three police officers, two of whom held an arm each and the other that carried the legs of the former betting.

Kluwe was accused of interrupting an assembly. He told Orange County Registry that he was released about four hours after his arrest. He said that his belief was that the plaque was more “propaganda” than celebrating the library, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

Kluwe, 43, played eight years in the NFL, all for the Vikings of Minnesota, 2005-12. He had short periods with the then Raiders of Oakland and Seattle Seahawks.

Kluwe has been Franco in the past, criticizing homophobia in NFL while supporting same -sex marriage and homosexual rights. He claims to have been fired from the Vikings for their views on same -sex marriage.
