LAHORE:
The Bank of the LHC Division on Wednesday allowed an Intra-Court appeal presented by the Federal Government, leaving aside the decision of a single bank to eliminate the president of the Nadra, the Mohammad Munir Aphsar gen gen.
The bank, which is included in Judge Chaudhry Muhammad IQbal and Judge Ahmed Nadeem Arshad, heard the appeal of the federal government and announced the verdict, after the end of the arguments of both parties.
In its appeal, the Federal Government argued that the verdict of the single bank, which had declared the appointment of illegal AFSAR based on a petition, presented by Ashba Kamran, was contrary to the facts.
