Karachi: The police have made great advances in the case of kidnapping and murder of Mustafa, recovering the murder weapon and ensuring a chilling confession of the key suspect, Armaghan.
According to the investigation officials, the main suspect, who is currently with the police in preventive detention, has revealed heartbreaking details of how he brutally tortured and then burned Mustafa alive.
During the interrogation, Armaghan said that on January 6 he called the victim and Shiraz Bukhari, the other Shavez’s suspicious alias, to his bungalow, where he threw a vicious assault on Mustafa, using an iron bar to beat him for two hours.
The researchers confirmed that the rod was later recovered from the guard room of Armaghan’s house in the Khayaban-E-Momin defense. They said Mustafa suffered serious injuries, with strong hemorrhages of the head and knees.

The main suspect admitted that he was intoxicated at the time of the assault. He revealed that Shiraz, his accomplice, tried to stop him when Mustafa began to bleed excessively. However, after the brutal beating, both suspects loaded Mustafa in their own vehicle and led to Hub.
Upon arriving in Hub, Armaghan opened the car boot and discovered that Mustafa was still alive. Then he soaked him and the car in gasoline and challenged him mockingly to escape, knowing that his serious knee wounds had left him motionless. Despite the weak Mustafa attempts to move, he could not flee. The suspect confessed that he later set fire to Mustafa.
Armaghan also revealed that immediately after lighting the flames, Shiraz urged him to flee the scene. The two suspects returned to Karachi doing horstop in different vehicles.
After Armaghan’s confession, Karachi police raided his bungalow and recovered the iron cane used in the assault.
The investigation continues as the officials responsible for enforcing the law prepare to present Armaghan before the Court of First Instance after completing the physical return, which ends tomorrow (Friday).
As the investigation is underway, the police and the investigation authorities have said that the monthly income of Armaghan cannot yet be determined. The case
The case is linked to the alleged kidnapping and murder of a student of BBA, Mustafa, who had disappeared last month.
However, the case came to light after the main suspect opened fire against a team of the anti-violent criminal cell (AVCC), a specialized unit of the Karachi police responsible for addressing cases related to murders and extortion, during A raid at its residence in DHA earlier this month.
