The investigation into the murder of Mustafa Amir took a turn when the main suspect, Armaghan confessed his participation in the crime during the police interrogation.
Armaghan revealed that he and his accomplices physically assaulted Mustafa, including the use of folding cane, according to an express news report. Police sources also said that he had also admitted to shoot warning shots to Mustafa, but the shots did not make contact.
Armaghan also confessed that driving Mustafa’s car to a separate place, where he caught fire while Mustafa was alive but, according to the reports, semi conscious at that time.
Authorities have recorded Armaghan’s confession on video, and investigations on their criminal activities are ongoing.
It has been revealed that Armaghan has a previous history in drug trafficking before making the transition to operate a call center business. Police are also looking for a woman whose DNA was found in Armaghan’s residence.
The investigation continues as the authorities expect the results of the post mortem and DNA analysis, which will determine the exact cause of Mustafa’s death. The cause may be linked to torture, bullet wounds or ardor incident.
Police continue to investigate the case, working to gather more evidence and details about the death of Mustafa Amir. The case remains under active review as the authorities seek to confirm all aspects of crime.
Previously, Armaghan has made revelations during the police interrogation. Known for a history of serious crimes that include terrorism, attempted murder and traffic of narcotics, Armughan has faced multiple positions in several police stations since 2019.
During the interrogation, he confessed to eliminating critical data from his laptops from his house to obstruct the investigations. Armughan also revealed that he led Mustafa Amir’s car from Karachi to Baluchistan, where he eliminated the victim’s body.
In addition to his criminal activities, Armughan directed an illegal software house and a call center that defrauded foreign clients from millions. He also established currency accounts for money laundering. Despite resisting the arrest for hours, he was finally arrested by the authorities.
