Security agencies carried out large -scale terror drills at the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore before the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 machines, which will begin in two days.
The exercises, entitled “Safe Operation Evacuation”, simulated emergency scenarios and involved the police, the military, the rangers and the elite force, together with the rescue services and the pump elimination squad. The exercises were directed by SP Security Abdul Wahab and supervised by the SP Town Ikhlaq Tarar model.
Security officials tested rapid response tactics for possible threats, ensuring coordination between the forces. The plan includes a four -layer security perimeter, with more than 10,000 officers deployed during the tournament.
Meanwhile, CPI security officials expressed full confidence in Pakistan security preparations, stating that the measures meet international standards.
