Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) approved the bond for more than 120 PTI workers arrested in relation to the protest of November 26, 2024 against a guarantee bonus of RS20,000 per person.
The Court ordered the detained workers to submit an affidavit at the respective police station, committing not to commit such an offense in the future. A Bank of the IHC Division of two members, which includes the president of the interim justice Sarfraz Dogar and Judge Muhammad Asif heard the requests for bail of PTI workers.
The tips of the petitioners Ali Bukhari, Babar Awan and Murtaza Turi along with other legal representatives appeared before the court.
