The Huawei alignment of Slimline Fitness Trackers, the Huawei band, has been a firm element of our best list of cheap fitness trackers for years, and this year the company has gone further.
Much of this looks equal to the Huawei Band 9: it is still a 1.47 -inch AMOLED screen, but now the case comes in metal for additional durability, at the same time in fresh colors, including purple, pink, blue and green bright.
It is still relatively complicated to achieve it in the United States, but a couple of new characteristics make it worth the effort if it can do it.
On the one hand, use heart rate variability (HRV) to help determine how it sleeps more precisely than with previous models and then uses them to give advice on how to rest better.
Everything is folded in training metrics, a bit like Fitbit or Garmin devices, so that it knows how hard it can strive.
Make mood tracking more visual
Huawei Band 10 also has a more subtle trick under the sleeve that should add some personality to mood monitoring.
Once again, using that HRV data and other metrics, the Huawei Band 10 can execute an emotional well -being assistant that tracks its mood. That is not entirely new, but what is fresh here is that it will make subtle changes in the face of your clock so you can know when you need a break, or that it is time to get some food.
It is a really good idea: we have seen EDA scans that can observe stress, and have become more common, but not something that can highlight when it could be having a difficult day and ask you to take action, or simply one step back.
It is interesting to know just after a study has concluded that smart watches can help identify symptoms of depression.
The price has not yet been revealed, but we will update it as soon as we hear more.
