The meteorological system that causes this rain is expected to enter Pakistan through Baluchistan today.
The weather department also forecasts strong winds and rain in most Punjab districts from February 25 to March 1, with expected snow and rain in mountainous areas such as Murree and Garyat.
At the beginning of this weekend, Murree experienced a significant influx of tourists anxious to enjoy her snow -covered peaks and her crispy winter air.
The roads that lead to the hill station were clogged with cars, buses and motorcycles, since families, friends and couples went to the popular destination.
Murree’s winter landscape, with frozen views, frozen lakes and scenic valleys, captivated visitors. A student from Islamabad, who visited friends, shared: “I had been waiting for this trip for weeks.”
