- Users report that one of their headphones will simply not charge
- Many suggested solutions do not seem to work
- Some users reported burning brands near load pins
It seems that the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are not outside the quality control forests yet. Last summer the outbreaks were delayed due to multiple types of quality control; Now, it seems that there are still serious problems with at least the headphones of some users.
According to Sammyfans, multiple users of Buds 3 Pro report that one of its headphones will simply not charge.
While several users have suggested things that may have helped them start things, there seems to be no trick that works more widely.
What is the cargo problem with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro?
According to the report, users have tried to restart their phones, restoring the headphones to the factory configuration, verifying the debris and, of course, verifying the really basic things, such as ensuring that the load case is loaded. But it seems that these attempts have not succeeded in finding a consistent solution.
There is a bit in the report that is particularly worrying. “Some users have even noticed burning brands near the load pins”, which is not something that you want to see in its expensive electronic, although obviously we will have to take it with a salt grain at this time on whether this is totally accurate or related .
The strongest culprit so far is that the problem may be due to the loading pins positioned imperfectly: some users have reported that they successfully loaded their wandering headphones keeping them carefully in position instead of simply sitting in the case, or even gently adjusting the pin loading with a small screwdriver.
If you are affected by the load problem, I would not recommend taking the screwders, or at least I would not of 12 months of Samsung, so its first call port must be Samsung Support.
We qualify the Samsung Buds3 Pro as one of the best wireless headphones for those with Samsung phones, but we will monitor this story to see if it develops.
