A Karachi Ant-Narcotics court has issued an arrest warrant not in the bag for Mustafa Amir, a DHA young man, who was kidnapped and killed in January.
Amir, who was killed in the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) on January 6, had been reserved in 2024 by allegedly smuggling of drugs through a messaging service under the “Taimoor” alias, according to the case records.
Despite his death, the court has ordered the authorities to produce him before the bank on February 27.
Amir was kidnapped and killed by Armaghan and Sheraz, who then put his body in the trunk of his car before flameting it in Hub, Baluchistan.
Armaghan and Sheraz later confessed the murder after being understood by the police. It was revealed that Dareji’s victim before setting fire to the vehicle while Amir was still semi -conscious.
The authorities are now expected to update the court on the murder of Amir at the next hearing, since the confusion takes the order issued against the deceased.
Previously, a local court in Karachi gave the police a physical return of a day of Sahir Hassan, son of the renowned actor Sajid Hassan, in relation to the case of murder of Mustafa Amir.
Sahir was presented to a judicial magistrate at the Judicial Complex of the Central Prison, where the police sought a five -day preventive detention. However, the Court approved only a one -day preventive detention.
According to the police, Sahir was arrested for drug possession positions, and investigators claim that he had been supplying drugs in exclusive areas during the last two years. The authorities also recovered narcotics worth RS50 million of it.
The Specialized Research Unit has registered a case against Sahir, claiming that it obtained drugs from providers called Bazil and Yahya before distributing them. His role in the case of murder of Mustafa Amir remains under investigation.
