- Duolingo, notion and airbnb references as the beginning of web applications
- It is available for all users next month and save them “weeks or months”
Hostinger is betting on AI with its launch of a new tool designed to help users build, edit and publish their own web applications without the need for any coding experience.

The web accommodation platform highlighted the versatility of web applications, which offer more interactive and personal experiences compared to traditional websites.

Hostinger revealed the “vast majority” of its more than 3.5 million customers build traditional sites, highlighting how companies such as Duolingo, the notion and Airbnb had initially started as simple web applications, sites that had previously required a greater experience to build.
“Web applications coding from scratch for weeks or months, and hiring a developer can cost thousands. For larger projects, both time and costs grow exponentially, “said Products and Technology Chief Giedrius Zakaitis.
To create a web application with Horizons, users will interact with a chatbot that uses AI to create, add and edit components on the site. The chat interface also has support for voice indications and images, and from the launch, it is configured to admit more than 80 languages.
Zakaitis added: “Web applications have turned ideas into startups of one million dollars, but the construction of one always required coding or contracting of a developer. We believe it is time to change the game. “
Once completed, users can publish their web applications in a personalized domain, and can always return to it to refine and update at any time.
The new product launch comes just over a year after Hostinger added Kodee, a chat assistant who offers user guidance when it comes to building their site.
With four out of five of the company’s website builder users who now use artificial intelligence during their place construction phase, Horizons expands AI’s usefulness to a different type of website.
Hostinger says that Horizons will be generally available for new and existing customers from next month.
