Liam Payne had a concentration of blood alcohol (BAC) up to 2.7 grams per liter at the time of his death, according to a report published by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office of Argentina.

After a two and a half hours stay in his hotel room, the singer allegedly broke a TV and ordered women to leave without payment, according to the publication.
In addition, the initial investigations led to the arrests of five people, including a hotel manager, a receptionist and a friend of Payne, all of whom were accused of involuntary homicide.
However, the charges against Payne’s friend, Rogelio Nores, and two hotel employees, Gilda MartÃn and Esteban Grassi, were then retired due to the lack of evidence.
