Justin Tucker allegations: Ravens’ kicking, wife speaks in the midst of more claims

“I maintain that I do not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session, nor have they told me that I am not welcome in any massage therapy provider. These statements are simply not true.”

Those are the words of Baltimore Ravens’s kicker, Justin Tucker, in an exclusive declaration of Outkick, his first public comments to the media from the initial accusations.

Since January, a total of 16 massage therapists have accused Tucker of inappropriate sexual behavior and inappropriate behavior during the sessions from 2012 to 2016 to eight spas in Baltimore and its surroundings. Initially, six accusers were included in a report of the publication of the Baltimore The Banner area on January 30.

NFL researchers were in Baltimore speaking last week with some of the accusers, Espn reports. The Ravens could not be contacted to make comments for this story, but earlier this week at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, General Manager Eric Decosta described the “serious and worrying” accusations.

Tucker and his legal advisor, led by Joe Terry of the practice group of the first amendment of Williams and Connolly, deny all the accusations and say they are determined to clear Tucker’s name.

“During the last four weeks, I have spent countless hours reproducing each interaction that I have had with body professionals in recent thirteen years,” Tucker told Outkick. “I can assure who being reading this that I never had the intention of missing anyone, crossing any limit or making someone feel uncomfortable in any way.”

“I can know that anyone with whom he has worked would not have been respected and valued as a professional, but most importantly as a person, and for anyone who has felt the opposite, sorry,” Tucker said in his statement, whose full text can be found below. “I want you to know that I am committed to ensuring that all those who interact continue to feel that I respect them and I worry about them as a human being.”

Tucker said he started outside massage therapy in 2012 during his rookie season in Baltimore. He said at that time that the Ravens did not provide services. After years of visiting local spas for their treatments, Tucker says he enrolled in the internal massage therapy of RPMotion Therapy, LLC, in the summer of 2016 after buying a house in the Baltimore suburbs. He and his wife, Amanda, had previously lived in the city in a condominium in Ritz-Carlton Residences, where a therapist recently accused him of “exposing himself” during a massage session in 2013.

“G. gave Tucker two massages in the Ritz-Carlton in 2013 and said that she was repeatedly exposed and that she used an intense massage technique in the hope of making her stop.” It was like a game “for him, he said, and added that he exposed himself” more than he could tell. “He finished the first early massage, he said. After the second massage, he left behind what she thought she was ejaculated. ‘It was not sweat. You could say what it was,” he said, “Baltimore’s banner reports.

In response, Tucker’s lawyer refers to two affidavits of the previous owners of the Ritz-Carlton SPA, disputing the imposed accusations, which Outkick obtained.

‘A pleasure to work with you’

His lawyer also cited the meticulous Tucker fiscal documents that the kicker maintained from each massage session he attended, which they show it to the various rooms in question after their supposed misconduct. Outkick did not show these documents.

In a specific case, Tucker’s lawyer said that the kicker appeared for 14 different sessions in the QG room in the center of Baltimore after alleged misconduct. His legal team provided an email statement from one of the accusers who told him that it had been “a pleasure to work with you” when he canceled his membership on January 5, 2016.

Through a lawyer, QG’s owner, Craig Martin, told Banner that he was not aware of any complaint against Tucker.

Tucker and his lawyer also deny the claims of the owners of the Hall of now closed Studio 921 and Ojas that his alleged behavior prohibited him. According to the Baltimore banner, the owner of Apothecary was the only one other owner of the Eight Spa confirming a hearing on a specific accusation cited against Tucker.

According to his lawyer, Tucker attended the Oja seven times in 2014 and Studio 921 18 times from 2013 to 2015. Tucker was accused by a therapist in Studio 921, according to The Banner, from “[being] erected during most of the massage session and regularly sought to expose their genitals. ”

The Banner informed that he was expelled from the establishment, but Tucker’s lawyers indicated that Studio 921, which closed in 2023, published a promotional image of Tucker on the Trip Advisor website one year after it was allegedly prohibited. The publication remained on the site during the life of the business, as seen here.

Perry told Outkick that Tucker’s wife, Amanda, had recommended several of the halls to her spouse, since they often scheduled couples sessions. Amanda called all the accusations against her “false” husband in an exclusive statement to Outkick:

“The false accusations against Justin have caused so much pain to our family. I think my husband, and I love him and support him completely.”

When asked about the details provided by Tucker’s lawyers, Michael Belsky and Catherine Dickinson, the partners of the SBWD law firm who represent most of Tucker’s accusers, provided us with the following statement:

“We do not represent the owners of the SPA, only the affected therapists. If the owners acted properly and in protection of their respective employees when they face complaints it is a better question addressed to them.”

Justin Tucker’s full statement to outkick:

From the moment I arrived for the first time to Baltimore in 2012, I felt accepted and supported by this incredible community, which I have come to love so much. Both in the football field, I have strived to correspond that love and support through hard work and dedication to my sport. I have tried to treat everyone with kindness, dignity and respect, and establish the positive type of example that makes my family proud to call me a father, husband and friend and encourage the members of this community to be proud to call me one of theirs.

It is with all that in mind that the accusations against me are so shocking and heartbreaking. I maintain that I do not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session, they have not told me that it is not welcome in any massage therapy provider. These statements are simply not true. During the last four weeks, I have spent countless hours reproducing each interaction that I have had with body professionals in recent thirteen years. I can assure who being reading this that I have never intended to disrespect anyone, cross any limit or make someone feel uncomfortable in any way. I can know that anyone with whom he has worked would not have been respected and valued as a professional, but most importantly as a person, and for anyone who has felt the opposite, sorry. I want you to know that I am committed to ensuring that all those who interact continue to feel that I respect them and I worry about them as a human being.

Since I started working as a professional athlete, I came to recognize the importance of receiving a consistent professional body. By investing my time and resources for the restorative body, with licensed therapists in respected business places and in my home, during the times when I am more active as a soccer player, I have experienced considerable benefits of health and sports performance. Physiotherapy and massage therapy are a large part of why I have been constantly healthy and available during the football season. In fact, both my wife and I continue to tell many of those professionals as our friends. Absolutely respect the profession of massage therapy and rather to people who work as massage therapists.
