Hyderabad:
The leader of the Great Democratic Alliance and former Federal Minister Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi faced the registration of one more against him on Thursday.
The new FIR, who was registered at the Ameenani Police station in the state complaint, accused him already his associates of assaulting the police in which two police officers were injured.
The Ameenani Police filed a statement before the Anti -Terror Court to obtain a return of Jatoi, which is languishing in the Nara prison since February 17, when he was arrested from Noushehro Feroze in relation to a FIR of general murder of February 8, 2024, hosted against him at the Moorish police station in 2024.
Until now, his family has secured the bond in five FIR, in addition to an order of the Superior Court of Sindh, which prohibited the police from arresting him in any case, except the three FIR that were recorded in the registry before the SHC.
