The murder of Mustafa Amir, who was killed by his acquaintances, took a turn with the revelation that he had appeared in court only a few hours before his death.

According to the reports, the anti -articotic court had eliminated the name of Mustafa Amir of a drug -related case before his death. The investigative officers confirmed that Amir died after his judicial appearance on January 6, 2024.

Amir, who had been arrested on January 31, 2024, had been awarded bail on March 20, 2024, together with the Coacusado Noman Yaqoob.

However, arrest orders for him had been issued until February 22, 2024, due to his participation in the case.

Judicial procedures have also shed light on two amir associates, Mian Ammar Hamid and Faisal Yaqoob, who are currently desired in relation to the case.

Previously, an anti -terrorism court (ATC) has extended the return of the accused in the case of kidnapping and murder of Mustafa Amir for five more days.

The defendants, Armughan and Shiraz, were presented before the ATC within the central prison after the end of their preventive detention on Thursday.

The prosecution informed the judge that no more steps had been made, including declaration 164 and the identification parade for Armughan employees.

The defense lawyer, lawyer Abid Zaman, raised a concern, requesting that his client Armughan is allowed to sign a notarial power.

Armughan’s mother also sought permission to meet her son, but the judge clarified that the meetings could only take place inside the courtroom, does not outside.

When the judge asked who wanted as his legal representation, Armughan expressed his desire to be represented by Abid Zaman and Tahir Ur Rehman.

However, the judge ordered him to present a notarial power for a single lawyer at the same time. Armughan finally chose Abid Zaman as his advice.

The lawyer Zaman also submitted a request for medical examination of his client arguing that Armughan has poor health and requires treatment.

Armughan said that access to food and bathroom had been denied for days in police custody. He claimed that police officers had mocked him, laughing at his situation and telling him that his physical remumption had spread.

The defense lawyer explained that the defendant was disturbed and sick, which led him to make these statements.

The court took note of these claims and ordered a medical exam for Archughan. It was also revealed that the girl who had supposedly been tortured by Arosughan had been located, and DNA tests would be performed.

Police informed the Court that they had not yet received defense notice for the 164 statements of the witnesses, but the investigation was ongoing.

Armughan himself protested against his preventive detention, claiming that the police harassed him. However, the investigative officer (IO) declared that the defendant had refused to cooperate when he was initially produced before the judicial magistrate.
