Our Sony Wh-000xm5 review will tell you that the emblematic headphones of Sony’s flagship ear has been impressed a lot since they were launched in May 2022, but that is almost three years ago. Now it seems that a pair of follow -up is finally about to launch.
The Walkman blog team (through Notebookcck) has seen what they seem to be importers of importers, listing a couple of the countries that are expected to appear the Sony Wh-1000xm6 headphones in: India and Vietnam.
In addition, there are references to three colors, which are supposed to be black, platinum silver and midnight blue. The current Sony Wh-000xm5 model is available in those three colors, more smoked pink, which was added later and is not mentioned here.
There is no other information in this particular escape, but it adds to the growing evidence that the Sony Wh-000xm6 headphones will appear very soon now, perhaps before being in the middle of the year.
The best 2025 new headphones?
While there are generally two-year-old gaps among headphones on Sony Insignia’s ears, the idea is that the company has waited more time for this time to put this series in synchronization with its headphones, more recently, the Sony WF-1000xm5.
