- The Magic Bay Expand Owinkbook 16p Gen 6 with modular accessories
- The dual screen adds a 13.3 inches screen for multitasking and collaboration
- Tiko is an emotional interaction partner, Tiko Pro is more serious
Although Lenovo is presenting a series of new devices in MWC 2025, that is not all that the technological manufacturer is showing.
One of its most unusual offers is Tiko, which the company describes as a “compact emotional interaction partner.”
Think about it a bit like a physical Microsoft Bob for the 21st century: Tiko is part of the Magic Bay Ecosystem Concepts test of Lenovo, which the company has developed for professionals who use the book 16p Gen 6. That laptop, which is currently not available in North America, is built for expansion and modularity, and Lenovo has come out with a series of attachable accessories.
Lenovo seems to have something for expandable screens at this time. He presented the most rollable thought of Gen 6 in CES, and in MWC, the firm showed its laptop “Codename Glip” of Thinkbook, which combines two 13 -inch OLED screens on a giant screen of 18.1 inches. For the 16p Gen 6 thought, there is the concept of Magic Bay Dual Display. This is a dual attached secondary screen of 13.3 inches that converts 16p thought into a multiple screens workstation.
Lenovo says that this will be ideal for “data visualization, content editing and collaboration projects” and allows users to see multiple applications simultaneously without the need for an external monitor.
In addition, there is the Magic Bay 2nd Display concept. This is an 8 -inch compact screen aimed at functioning as an AI board for professionals on the fly. It will provide rapid access to productivity tools, messaging applications and ideas generated by AI.
Greet your little friend
Returning to the concept of Magic Bay “Codename Tiko”, Lenovo describes him as a “compact emotional interaction partner that shows an emoji style state in real time, provides interactive responses based on gestures and offers personalized emoji notifications.” It has an expressive interface of AI, because, of course, it does, to help users remain informed and committed throughout their workday.
If that seems a bit childish for you, there is the “Tiko Pro code name” of Magic Bay, which is a more serious alternative and offers a real -time widget interface and the integration of Lenovo AI now and will act as an assistant always on to help optimize the information.
