Trump’s strategic cryptography reserve is positive, the market was wrong, says Bitwise

The announcement of the US President Trump last weekend on the formation of a strategic cryptography reserve in the United States is optimistic despite the subsequent market reaction, said Bitwise, the asset manager, in a research report on Tuesday.

The cryptographic markets shot after the news, but for Monday he had returned all these profits.

Bitwise pointed out that investors were disliked with the announcement because the planned reserve will have tokens that are not Bitcoin (BTC).

The president announced that XRP, Solana (Sol) and Cardano (ADA) would be included in a strategic reserve, and then added Bitcoin and Ethher (eth) to the list of assets.

“The inclusion of speculative assets such as Cardano feels more calculator of ESO strategic,” wrote Matt Hougan, director of investments in Bitwise, adding that despite the “defective deployment”, the market has been wrong.

“Trump’s initial proposal is rarely its end,” said the report, and the final reserve will probably be composed of Bitcoin. It will also be larger than the market is waiting for.

If the United States establishes a strategic cryptography reserve, other national states probably do the same, Bitwise said, and any digital asset that is acquired will probably be maintained for a significant amount of time.

“The United States government that declares the” strategic ‘cryptography assets is optimistic “, and the market will eventually reach this way of thinking, the report added.
