Rawalpindi:
A court has sent the leader of the Pakistan Air Force Squadron (PAF) Anum Hasan to the Adiala prison in a 14 -day judicial return for allegedly falsifying a divorce certificate to marry again.
The civil judge Senior Waqar Ahmed Siddhu issued the order after her husband, the leader of the squad, Adnan Shamoon, accused her of preparing a decree of divorce of the false court and a divorce certificate of the fraudulent union council to marry another man, Saad Rafiq.
Shamoon, a pilot parked at the Kamra Air Base, presented evidence to the court, stating that he married Anum Hasan in 2014, and have three children, Zainab, six years old, Mehrun Nisa, three years old, and Ibrahim, of a medium, of a medium.
On September 21, 2023, Shamoon was sent to the Sargodha Air Base for a 10 -month course and during his stay there he maintained regular contact with his wife. However, upon his return, he discovered that his wife was missing and filed a complaint in writing before the Pakistan Air Force.
During the investigation, a divorce certificate was discovered dated July 31, 2024, issued by the Council of the Afandi Colony of La UniĆ³n. In addition, a fraudulent order of Khula of the family judge Muhammad Sarfaz was also discovered. Additional investigations revealed that the divorce certificate and the court order they used were falsified.
Police recorded a case and arrested Anum Hasan. While the police requested a three -day physical return, the court denied the application and, instead, sent it to the Adiala prison in judicial prison. She has also requested bail.
