I own a game of the era prior to the technology called Rebound by ideal, those supreme toys of the golden age of the board games. The goal of the game is to roll a marble that is locked inside a plastic ring along a plastic surface and bounce in a rubber band stretched in one of the four sections, giving 5, 10, 25 or 50 points.
I am sure that once there was a great art in this game, and there were probably competitive rebound leagues worldwide with people who complement each other with sauce in a “good return”, but unfortunately my set is now deformed, which means that everyone gets 50 points unless they take off their opponent outside the board. I can’t throw myself to throw it, although it is basically just a giant piece of unstable yellow plastic.
