According to reports, officials of the Ministry of Finance have declared that EID-UBIT is expected to fall on March 31 or April 1. As a result, the federal government has decided to disburse wages and pensions to government employees before EID.
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, it has been decided that government employees will receive their salaries on March 27.
The notification also declared that pensions for retirees will also be disbursed the same day.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance has sent a letter to the general controller of accounts regarding the payment of wages and pensions.
