Islamabad:
The LHCBA has transferred to the Supreme Court against the transfer of judges to the IHC, as well as notification about the appointment of the President of the Supreme Court of IHC.
A constitutional petition has been submitted against the transfer of judges through Senior Hamid Khan lawyer. He asks the Apex court to declare the notification of the transfer of null and null judges, as well as the decision of the former president of the IHC, AAMIR FAROOQ, in a representation of judges.
It has also been requested that the notification of the appointment of the President of the Supreme Court of Interim IHC also declared himself zero and without void. The petition asks the Apex court to order the Reisted of the Antiquity List.
