Sam Thompson has hit his former Zara McDermott after she “instantly” moved with Louis Tomlinson.
Zara was recently seen enjoying a romantic dinner with the One Direction star in a hotel in Aldeburgh after fans speculated that the couple was dating.
Talking to his friend Paul Brunson in the last episode of his podcast, Stay relevant, Sam said “people seek validation in others to fill that hole”, which is something that you can’t do.
The first Made in Chelsea Star added that he is not even considering going out again.
“It’s not much to be honest with you,” said the 32 -year -old to Paul. “I guess many people seek validation in other people, right?
For those not versed, Sam and Zara separated in early 2025 after five years of appointments.
