Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by a high -level delegation, left for an official visit to Saudi Arabia.

According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s office, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be on an official visit to Saudi Arabia from March 19 to 22, 2025.

The main objective of the visit is to strengthen bilateral ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, improve economic cooperation and promote investment between the two nations.

The delegation that accompanies the Prime Minister includes the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Senator Ishaq Dar, together with key federal ministers and senior officials.

During the visit, the prime minister is also expected to meet with the Saudi heir prince and the prime minister his real highness Muhammad Bin Salman to the Saud.

The meeting will focus on improving trade, expanding associations in key sectors and exploring ways to facilitate broader economic cooperation.

The discussions between the two leaders will probably include issues of mutual interest, including global and regional developments, particularly the situation in Gaza and the Middle East, as well as issues related to Muslim UMMA.
