Hasan Nawaz, son of the Pakistan-Nawaz Muslim League (PML-N) and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, has been declared a “deliberate tax dweller” in the United Kingdom and fined with £ 5.2 million.
The United Kingdom Government has updated its list of fiscal delinquents on its website, which now includes the name of Hasan.
According to the website, Hasan did not pay approximately 9.4 million in taxes between April 5, 2015 and April 6, 2016. The United Kingdom Fiscal Authority imposed a fine of £ 5.2 million. Hasan has been declared a deliberate prosecutor.
It arose at the end of last year that Hasan had been declared bankrupt by the Superior Court of London in a case of taxes and responsibility of the Department of Revenue of the Government of the United Kingdom.
The Official Gazette of the United Kingdom, which maintains the Public Registry, had published details of bankruptcy. He declared that Hasan, resident of Flat 17 Avenfield House, 118 Park Lane, and the company’s director was declared bankrupt in the Superior Court of Justice in the case of 694 of 2023; Filed on August 25, 2023. The bankruptcy order was issued on April 29, 2024, in a case presented by the creditors for lack of payment.
The civil case was initiated by the Department of Income and Customs of His Majesty (HMRC) against Hasan, who was represented by Kaur Maxwell.
