Netflix’s “quartback” will return to the transmission platform this year, the company announced Wednesday.
The NFL documentary debuted in 2023 and provided a look behind the scene of three quarterbacks. The star of the Kansas City bosses, Patrick Mahomes, headed the cast of that season, while the season shortened by Kirk Cousins injuries with the Minnesota Vikings was also narrated. The debut season also followed the unequal race of the Journeyman Mariot Mariota Mariota Marshal with the Atlanta Falcons.
Cousins will return for the second season. The newcomers, the star of the Cincinnati Bengals, Joe Burrow and the caller of the Detroit lions, Jared Goff, also allowed the cameras to follow them inside and outside the field during the 2024-25 season of the NFL.

Netflix launched a teaser for next season on Wednesday. “Coming to Netflix this July,” he wrote the transmission service in X.
Another documentary focused on the NFL, “receiver”, was launched a year after “quarterback”.
It followed the 2023–24 seasons of several open receptors and a closed wing of the High Profile NFL. The Docuseries gave an internal look at the Davante Adams season with the Raiders of Las Vegas. The series also followed the Minnesota Vikings All-Pro Justin Jefferson and the Lions Ammon-R Brown Lions.

The San Francisco 49ers season, Debo Samuel, was also documented while George Kittle represented the group of wings closed in the program. Omaha Productions of Peyton Manning, Mohamcs 2pm productions and NFL films handled the production of the series.
Cousins had a first turbulent season with the Falcons. He launched 16 interceptions in his career before being a bank in favor of the rookie seafood Michael Penix. Cousins left a season in which he broke the right Achilles tendon during a defeat against the Green Bay Packers in October 2023.
Burrow had the best season of his NFL career in 2024 and was appointed player back of AP.

He finished the season with 4,918 aerial yards of his career and 43 touchdowns. The Bengals ended with a 9-8 record and did not qualify for the playoffs.
Goff also had a strong regular season, ending with 4,629 yards, nine yards before his career.

The lions entered the postseason as the best seed in the NFC, but were eliminated from the dispute when the Washington commanders bother them in the divisional round.
The first season of docuseries presented eight episodes. Netflix did not reveal the episodes count for season 2.
