Conor Maynard has reiterated his statements that a paternity test has confirmed that he is not the father of Charlotte Chilton’s baby, despite the doubts raised by his associates regarding the precision of the test.
Chilton announced in June last year that Maynard was the father of his unborn son, conceived during a position of one night and accused him of refusing to recognize his daughter, Penelope.
However, last week, Maynard, also 32, arrived at the headlines by stating that a DNA test had refuted his statements.
In response to the skepticism of Chilton’s friends, Maynard’s representatives issued a statement that stated that the evidence was carried out in adequate legal conditions and the matter should rest.
Regarding this, the statement said: “The evidence was carried out by a recorded nurse in the presence of Charlotte’s legal representative. The results have clearly drawn a line under the matter, and we hope that Charlotte can find a way of moving forward.”

In addition, a Chilton friend stated: “It has been an exhausting fight. Conor refused to receive his calls or messages and, on the other hand, gave everything to his lawyers. The test process was completely issued in his terms.”
Meanwhile, Maynard has apparently gone from the controversy, announcing on Instagram that is entering a “new chapter” in his life and buying a house with his girlfriend, according to the publication.
