Islamabad:
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the PIA portfolio company for today is scheduled.
According to the reports, the Board will approve the Semiannual Audit Report for June 2024 and review the new draft and the objectives related to the privatization of the national airline.
The meeting will also evaluate the resumption of flight operations to the United Kingdom after the restoration of European routes. Preparations will be reviewed to restart the United Kingdom flight operations.
PIA Management will inform the members of the Board in the national and international properties of the airline. The sources said that discussions will also include the operating fleet of PIA and other key issues.
