Former New York Jets Campo Mariscal Zach Wilson is ready to adopt the backing position in Miami, but is not yet ready to embrace the title of “Journeyman”.
The former second general selection of Byu returned to AFC East in the low season in a one -year contract with the Miami Dolphins – The same division that saw Wilson’s career as a firm field marshal in the NFL to come to its end almost as fast as it began.

Wilson, 25, was changed after three turbulent seasons in New York, and saw no action during the 2024 season with the Denver Broncos such as the field marshal of the third rope. He uploaded the depth table in Miami, but for Wilson, he hopes that there is still an opportunity to return as a starter.

“I mean, I would like to see it differently,” Wilson told journalists on Monday when asked if he embraces the “offices label.”
“Obviously, there is nothing wrong with being an officer, but I still think I can be a headline in this league every time that opportunity comes. And so I am trying to put myself in the best situation with the best team and the coaches and do my best and, hopefully, at some point, you can have that opportunity to show what you could do.”
Wilson was sent to his second season with the Jets, a movement that would clear the way for the four times MVP of the League Aaron Rodgers. But an injury that ends the season for Rodgers would give Wilson another opportunity.

Despite not changing it, Wilson said that his time with the Broncos allowed him time to develop and improve, and hopes his time in Miami do the same.
“What do you not like, right? Extremely explosive offense, and I think they do a great job, and start from the coach [Mike] McDaniel and lower all the way. I would simply say that offensive staff as a whole has done a great job. You have seen how Tua [Tagovailoa’s] Development has also gone, since he has been there, and I think I’m excited to be with those guys. “

Wilson has a 12-21 record as a starter with 6,293 yards that pass, 498 yards per land, a 57% and 23 touchdowns completion rate. He also launched 25 interceptions.
