The Special Anti -Terror Court has issued a written order that allows the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to interrogate the defendant Armughan Qurughan Qureshi alias Army in daylight in the case of money laundering.
The Court has also directed Crypto Coins Trade Platforms and to share Coinfactorypk data the identification used by Armughan for cryptography trade.
According to the order, the FIA declared in his request that the defendant had been sent to the jail by the Court in the case of kidnapping and murder of Mustafa Amir. The defendant faces charges under the law against Money washing, and the FIA sought permission to investigate it in the case of money laundering.
According to the order, the FIA officials requested that the defendant must be interrogated about their bank accounts, who were operated by the employees of the defendant Abdul Rahim and Rahim Bakhsh.
The investigation would cover bank transactions, commercial history, the Internet protocol and other relevant details. The court order declared that it has no objections to interrogate the defendants in jail.
The FIA is allowed to question the defendant inside the prison for nine days, but they cannot take it out of jail. The FIA can interrogate the defendants from morning to sunset. The central superintendent of the prison must allow the FIA investigation officer to interrogate the accused.
