Islamabad:
The founder of PTI, Imran Khan, presented a miscellaneous request in the Superior Court of Islamabad, requesting an early hearing of his statement in search of suspension of his sentence in the case of 190 million pounds before Eidul Fitr.
Archive through the lawyer Salman Safdar, the petition establishes that the hearing for the suspension of the sentence was originally scheduled for March 24, but was postponed due to the absence of a lawyer participated in another case in the Supreme Court. As a result, the audience was rescheduled for after EID.
The petitioner has urged the court to listen to the suspension plea along with the main appeal before EID.
