Josele Ballester is living the dream of each golfer, but not without some controversy.
When winning the 2024 American amateur, the 21 -year -old player in Spain was able to play in Augusta National this year at the Masters.
However, in his first round in the famous course, he raised his eyebrows when making a questionable decision in an emergency.

Ballester apparently admitted that he urinated at Rae’s Creek in Amen Corner.
The Spanish said that “he completely forgot that we had those bathrooms to the left of the (13th) box of Tee”, and after playing fellow Justin Thomas “he had a problem in green,” he said he took advantage.
“I am like, ‘I really need to urinate’. I really didn’t know where to go, and as JT had a problem at Green,” I’m just going to sneak here in the river and probably people didn’t see me much, “and then they applauded for me probably one of the applause I really got very strong today, so that was a bit fun,” he shot a 4 out of 76, he said after his round.

Ballester did not seem too worried that he would get some retreat from Augusta National.
“They saw me. It wasn’t shameful at all for me. If I had to do it again, I would do it again,” he said.
Ballester appeared in the course with a typical attire of a young golfer. The golfer of the state of Arizona wore a hat that said “Sun Devils” backwards, a new fashion for Gen-Z. But it has not been exactly a fascinating week for the Sun Devils Golf program.
The male golf coach, Matt Thurmond, was removed from the field during a practice session on Tuesday for wearing shorts in the course after greeting former Asu Kevin Yu player, who is making his debut in the teacher this year.
While customers are free to wear shorts, long -term pants are required beyond the strings where players and coaches are. The phones are not even allowed in the course.

Ballester was paired with Thomas and the current champion Scottie Scheffler, who is a fairly fun company. Last year, Amateur Neal Shipley spent his last round with the five -time winner Tiger Woods.
