British actress and writer Jean Marsh died at her home in London on Sunday.
His death was confirmed by his friend and filmmaker Michael Lindsay-Hogg, who revealed that the actress died of complications with dementia.
Sun Michael paid tribute to the late actress in a statement to the PA news Agency, saying: “Jean died peacefully in the bed attended by one of his beloved caregivers.
“You could say that we were very close for 60 years. It was as wise and fun as anyone who has met, in addition to being very beautiful and kind, and talented as an actress and writer.
“An instinctively empathic person who was loved by all who knew her. We talked on the phone almost every day during the last 40 years.”
Marsh’s role in the award -winning project Up, down He won an Emmy for the outstanding main actress in a dramatic series in 1975. He also repeated his role in a Renaissance of the BBC of the program in 2010.
The program itself won several awards, including a Peabody and Seven Emmys award.
Eliott’s house also co-created in 1991 and appeared in films such as Cleopatra, Frenzy, The eagle has landed, Changeling, Return to Oz, Willow, Homelandand Monarch along with Doctor Who.
Marsh married Jon Pertwee, who later became the third doctor from 1955 to 1960.
