- Sennheiser Accentum Open has an open ear design
- 28 hours of battery life in total
- € 89.90 (around £ 100 / £ 78 / au $ 161)
Sennheiser has announced a new set of headphones in its accentum range of large medium range headphones: Sennheiser Accentum Open.
As their name, he suggests that they have an open -style design, so he is not putting a tip in his ear and cuts you from the world around you, and they come with a good battery life and an impressively low price.
This particular design is like Airpods 4, since they feel fair outside the auditory channel (and have stems, such as Airpods), they are not like the EARCLIP or the sports designs of the ear that you get from some of the best open headphones.
However, it seems that the AirPods will undermine the price, with a cost of around $ 100 / £ 78 / AU $ 161 depending on its European launch price.
Sennheiser Accentum Open: key features and prices
Sennheiser says that the Open Accentum has been calibrated to offer “a rich and detailed sound”, and have been designed to offer an environmental awareness without compromising the quality of that sound.
The battery life is 28 hours promised, including the load box, and those 28 hours should be comfortable: the open accent is light with a thin stem so they do not feel too heavy in their ears.
The headphones have multipunto bluetooth, and there are integrated tactile controls for easy navigation and audio adjustment.
In our true wireless review of Sennheiser Accentum, we discovered that the sound lacked a little energy, but that they were good in general. Perhaps the 11 mm drivers and the different acoustic design here will deliver somewhat closer to the incredible value of the Sennheiser Accentum plus headphones.
The Accentum Open has only been announced in Europe so far, with a price of € 89.90. As I mentioned earlier, that is approximately $ 100 / £ 78 / au $ 161: we will update this story with official prices in another place once Sennheiser reveals it.
