Bugti welcomes the financing of the Baluchistan project through Pol Levy


Islamabad:

Baluchistan’s Prime Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, expressed Gratitude to the Federal Government on Wednesday for assigning funds for the duration of a main road in Baluchistan and the Kachhi channel project.

He was heading to a press conference in Islamabad together with federal ministers Jam Kamal and Khalid Magsi.

The prime minister said that this financial support is a gesture of goodwill for the people of Baluchistan, since the money comes from the national treasure and belongs to all Pakistani.

He pointed out that the dualization of the N-25 road, which unites Chaman, Quetta, Kalat, Khuzdar and Karachi, will significantly improve transport and provide a safe and international road installation to the public.

Highlighting the importance of the Kachhi channel project, he said that its completion will mark the beginning of an agricultural revolution in the province by guaranteeing irrigation for vast areas of cultivation lands.

The Minister of Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, praised the decision of the Prime Minister, stating that such initiatives offer a new vision for the young people of Baluchistan, allowing them to contribute to the progress and prosperity of the nation.

The Minister of Science and Technology, Khalid Hussain Magsi, also expressed his confidence in the quality of the projects that are implemented.

He thanked the Prime Minister for announcing an additional 10 percent fee for Baloch students in the Agriculture Graduate Program in China.

In response to a question, Prime Minister Bugti said that improving the security situation in Baluchistan remains the main priority.
