For Lahore, the department did not forecast rain on Thursday, with dry and hot conditions that prevail. However, the rain accompanied by the coverage of the cloud is expected in the city and in several other Punjab districts on Friday.

The minimum temperature today in Lahore was recorded at 22 ° C, with maximum temperatures that will probably increase up to 39 ° C.

The weather system is expected to generate relief of the current conditions of the heat wave in various parts of the province.

However, dust with storm and rain is expected in isolated places at the Alto Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan during the night/night.

Earlier on Wednesday, torrential rains, hail storms and strong winds wreaked havoc on several parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Islamabad.

The severe climate charged at least three lives, injured several others and caused extended damage to property, crops and infrastructure.

In Punjab, Rawalpindi and Jhelum were hit strongly. In Jhelum’s Sohawa Tehsil, three separate wall collapse incidents were produced due to heavy rains.

In Shahidan, a wall fell on a charger vehicle, killed two and wounded four others. Two of the injured remained in critical condition after being transferred to a hospital in Rawalpindi.

In the amal area of ​​Ratta Rawalpindi, the border wall of a mosque collapsed, killing a 24 -year -old man named Musa in the place.

Islamabad experienced a 35 -minute storm that brought strong rains and large hail, damaging uprooting vehicles and trees in tarnol, which caused traffic interruptions.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the powerful rainy storms caused sudden floods overflowing in several areas. In Landi Kotal, floods on the Pak-Faghan road interrupted traffic, and a parked vehicle was swept, although no victims were reported.

Heavy rains also attacked the lowest direction and Takht Bhai, breaking the heat wave in progress but causing power cuts and the increase in river levels, particularly in the Panjkora River.
