My verdict
I have tried the new models at the Plus level and I am impressed with the speed and amplitude of the answers to my consultations. While I have always enjoyed the depth of the reasoning that the O1 and O3-mini models have provided, it has always meant waiting for more time for an answer.
The O3 model has now become my predetermined model to choose from Plus because it is quick enough to be for you to wait too long for an answer, but I get a satisfactory amount of details.
