FSU has also canceled all classes until Friday.
The University Police said they were responding to an “active scene” on the Tallahassee campus and that they were working to “control it.” FSU then wrote in X that the police had “neutralized the threat”, but said that parts of the campus are still considered a “active crime scene.”
A superior source of application of Florida’s law told Pak Gazette that at least one person was in custody, but could not confirm whether the individual was a shooter. In addition, the Jacksonville field office of the FBI and the office of the Tallahassee resident agency are on the scene.
