- OnePlus has presented more details of his next 13T phone
- The new information is related to the device’s battery capacity
- The 13T will be launched on April 24
We are just a couple of days after the launch of OnePlus 13T, which will fall on April 24. However, that has not prevented OnePlus from causing some choice and details of the next phone before planned, with the latest information about the battery capabilities of the device.
According to a OnePlus publication on the Chinese social media site, Weibo, the 13T will come with a 6,260 mAh battery. That is in line with the company’s previous statements that the battery would offer a capacity of not less than 6,000 mAh.
In addition to that, OnePlus has revealed that the 13T battery will have a derivation load. This allows your Android phone to draw the energy directly from an energy source (such as an energy bank) instead of its internal battery when loading. This helps prolong the phone’s battery and stop their degradation.
The data drop did not end there, since OnePlus has confirmed that the 13T will weigh 185 g. Compare that with the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R, which come with less spacious batteries of 6,000 mAh but weigh 200 g each. Packing a larger battery in a smaller frame is a surprising movement of OnePlus, but it is certainly welcome.
Few secrets remain to reveal
OnePlus has been very communicable about 13T, revealing all kinds of images and details on social networks. The photos published above have shown the range of colors of the device, including gray, pink and black tones, as well as the fact that it will come with a new button.
The leaks have also played their role. For example, it has been suggested that the OnePlus 13T will come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a 6.32 -inch screen, an IP65 classification and two rear cameras of 50 megapixels. Of those two lenses (primary and telephoto), the teleobjective could offer 2x optical zoom and 4x zoom without losses.
That said, we still do not know the full specifications sheet for OnePlus 13T, and it is possible that OnePlus is keeping some new intriguing features for the launch event itself. But with so much in the public domain, it will be interesting to see what the company could have delayed. We will discover it safely on April 24, when 13T finally lashes.
