Donald Driver was four times professional of bowling players with the Green Bay Packers during his 14 years of career.
He built a lasting legacy in the field, and is looking to grow it outside the field as the first motivation officer for BSN Sports. It will help to lead a program dedicated to empowering girls to remain in sports, since the company provides tools for coaches to help female athletes.

“We really want to contribute awareness and strength to women in sports because, at this time, we all know that 72% of coaches in youth sports are men. There are not many women who do this,” Driver said in an interview with Pak Gazette Digital. “What we want to do is, how do we contribute awareness but we also give coaches the tools they need to succeed in training young women in sports”?
Driver explained that their children are different in the way they need to be trained and motivated properly.
He said he can shout at his son about the things he does, they can happen, but his daughter is different.

“I have to go into more than that sincere conversation with them, like, ‘hey, let’s work together to address the problem. I understand that this must be a frustrating situation.’ I really have to talk to them different … I am talking about my son.
“With this program, we really want to continue with the aim of empowering women to practice sports and never stop.”
Driver was appointed Motivation Director last week.

He helped the Packers to a Super Bowl title in 2010. He had 743 caught for 10,137 yards and 61 touchdowns during his career.
