Sean “Diddy” lawyers plan to defend that the imbecile of dishonored music was simply living a “swinger” lifestyle and is not a rapist.
The combs lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, made the controversial justification at a hearing prior to Friday’s trial in the Federal Court of Manhattan, for The post.
“There is a lifestyle, calling it swingers or whatever they want, that he thought it was appropriate because it was common,” said rapper lawyer in court.
Agnifilio argued that it is evident that Comong did not intend to commit a crime because he believed it was acceptable to have multiple partners or hire escorts.
“Many people think it is appropriate because it is common.”
Judge Arun Subramanian ruled from the bank that the combs lawyers can make their argument of Swinger.
However, the rapper has been restricted to name other notable figures that are believed to be contracted sex workers or participated in said “lifestyle.”
Development in the case occurs when federal prosecutors revealed on Friday that combs, 55, rejected an offer of guilt before their trial.
The combs trial is due to May 5 for its federal positions of sexual trafficking, extortion and transport to participate in prostitution.
Prosecutors claim that the music tycoon forced women to participate in sexual activities in their infamous “ascent” parties.
Combs is stopped at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, since its arrest in September 2024.
His arrest occurred months after the police raided their houses in California and Florida and recovered 1,000 lubricant bottles and three AR-15.
